If you agree to our terms, then you will provide a list of your questions & concerns to ensure that you will get your money’s worth from the consultation and select one of the three choices we will provide for the exact date and time of our Zoom video conference. In addition, you will wire the agreed payment fee into Momentum’s business account, then we will connect at the date/time you have chosen. Please note that due to the structure of the service that we provide, we regretfully do not offer any refund. Also, understand that this is professional assistance and advisement, and we cannot provide any type of guarantee, as there are many variables in the overall picture that can easily create a significant difference in the results.

After the consultation you will still have the option to continue to work with us through a separate agreement that we can provide. Rest assured you will still be paying the lowest commission fee in the industry as it is all performed online. As an added plus, if you do choose to continue to work with us as your Broker, we will deduct the initial consultation fee from our commission cost that will be due at the closing.
